Remember to give a lift to others ~ The foundation of God's word for the theme of remembering to give a ride to others for our meditation is taken from the Hebrew letter. Thus says the Lord: "Don't forget to give people a ride, for by doing this some people are entertaining angels without knowing it" Hebrews 13:2. Giving a ride is a commandment that no believer should simply ignore. More than that, every believer must not make excuses or excuses to justify his indifference to others. So, whatever the reason, every believer is obliged and required to give a ride. Don't cultivate the habit of being stingy with others. God is a gracious God. Therefore, everyone who professes to believe in Allah must also be generous to his fellowmen. Allah loves every believer who loves to share with others. Allah will surely bless every believer who does not count with his fellow men. Allah will protect every believer from the danger of starvation because Allah always opens the doors of His treasury to channel love, power and help for every generous believer.

When we travel a lot, a place to stay overnight or stay temporarily is a matter of urgency. If our supplies are abundant, that's not a problem. We just have to choose which hotel we like. However, if we only have enough for cheap transportation and food on the street, we are in big trouble. So, if in that difficult situation someone gives us a ride to spend the night or stay temporarily, that help is very, very meaningful. Those who are in a pinch really need a lift. That's why God said, "Don't forget to give people a ride...." God ordered the followers of Christ to open their doors to give a lift to those who are in a pinch. But that's not all. People who ride are people who entrust some of their life problems to others. In this life, many people are faced with difficulties until they really need someone who is willing to give them a lift, in the form of: providing assistance to help solve problems, providing support and protection, giving the necessary consideration, providing themselves as a safe place to vent, and much more. . The ride we give may not solve other people's problems, let alone complete their journey. However, the ride can be an oasis that provides an opportunity for them to take a moment to put down their burdens, restore freshness, get energy, and restore their spirits before they continue their journey of life.
